Anti-Aging Food - Honey

Honey helps clean our blood. 

It is a good choice for us to choose bread with honey for our breakfast. And the honey in darker color is better than those in lighter color.
A study from USA found that dark-colored honey is much richer in antioxidant, this substance is good for purifying our blood, and also prevent heart cerebral vascular system diseases.
If you like having the outdoor exercise in winter, you should eat more honey.
Honey is also rich in carbohydrates; that can effectively maintain blood sugar levels. You may consider to have a spoonful of honey before and during your exercise, you will feel more energetic with same effect of chocolate.
