Broccoli – keep our heart younger!
Broccoli contains a plant dye, flavonol which can enhance our physical effect of anti-cancer. A research from The University of Minnesota has been taken on 34,000 women, confirmed that broccoli contains flavonol that can well protect our heart, and reduce the incidence of myocardial infarction 15% ~ 20%. However, the boi-flavonol that found in tea leaves and apples, no such particular disease prevention effects are found. If we can consume 200 grams of fruit and vegetables a day, it can lower 60% of our risk suffering from myocardial infarction.
In addition, walnut is also rich in unsaturated fatty acids can also be effective in preventing heart attack. We are advised to eat 12 pieces walnut per day.
